Absolutely the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life. They ignored my phone calls for weeks when I finally got in touch they scheduled me a day a month later and an hour before our meeting they called and cancelled. I had family take time off work we patiently waited. Honestly completely devistated they literally wasted a month of my life where I could have hired an actual professional. For a long standing business they have no idea what they are doing. I have never been one to ever leave a Google review this has hurt me and my family in such a horrible way I had to say something.

Last year we purchased a new townhouse, and Erin Watson was our lawyer. After closing we soon discovered that none of the utility bills had been paid by the builder for the period before we took ownership.We also did not receive a survey that the builder was going to provide on closing. Twice I took supporting documents for unpaid utilities to the law office and twice I phoned the office about my concerns.All requests were ignored.No phone call, no email,nothing was ever done to help us resolve these issues.What a way to treat a loyal customer for over 20 years!!!

An error made by Erin during our real estate transaction ended up costing us thousands of dollars and we almost could not close on the house we were purchasing. Erin would not take any responsibility for the error.
