If I could do zero stars I would. Eric's professionalism and empathy is the worst I have seen. He deposited my refund to my mothers account. HUGE BREACH OF PRIVACY!! And did not apologize but simply told me he had 'insurace' if I decided to sue him. Aside from that he is not a good accountant takes days to respond and never called me to go through potential tax opportunities. I could have claimed some of my rent as I use it full time , I could have claimed or more but I dont know. He has not responded once since this incident a month ago following up if I was able to get the funds back from my mother or apologizing or anything.
