Made a phone enquiry (July 9, 2023) to Rob about signing two sets of power of attorney and last will (drafted by another lawyer) and was quoted $300. Rob was aware the last will was drafted by another lawyer.

We went to his office on July 11, 2023, and after signing the power of attorney, he said he could not sign the last will because it was drafted by another lawyer. He had to opportunity to tell us that when we enquired on the phone, as well as before we started signing the power of attorney but he did not.

We would not have used his services had he said he could only sign the power of attorney. I would not recommend a notary who is not honest or clear up front.

I chose Rob initially because I needed to close a large land deal quickly in Victoria and saw the many good feedbacks he had. He did not disappoint, Rob was professional and helped me thru the complicated procedures and
advised me at times thru critical parts of the process. HIs knowledge was
thorough and even though I was out of the country, he was able to accommodate me with the signing process.
