I had 24 hours to present an offer on a Saturday night. Not only did Beth return the call but was able to help me through a private sale by the deadline on Sunday night. Every step of the way she was able to provide answers to some ridiculous questions and provide guidance to where to find the information I needed along the way. Extremely professional and quick to respond to emails. I doubt I would ever bother going anywhere else.
