I've been utilizing their service regularly in the handling of my grandparent's estate and found them to be be consistently reliable and friendly. Their services have extended to sending me past invoices from their system, which they have handled within 24 hours. Between the big banks, the government, and corporate probate services (specifically ClearEstate) they have been the ONLY business I've found to operate efficiently and act in a manner that's consistently customer centred.

Gave them my taxes to do in Jan. I am still waiting for my refund in May...they will not respond to emails or phone calls. They took their fee. Worst company ever...no customer service what so ever.
THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN or investigated for fraud at least.

Best place to do your taxes in the city hands down.
I would highly recommend to everyone for all your business needs as well. Mike and his team are professional, friendly and very understanding to everyone's unique and individual needs. I have been my taxes with them for 5 years now and would have it any other way!!! The respond quickly and efficiently to emails and do an amazing job at making everything make sense, for me that is a huge bonus. Their breakdowns and summaries you can tell the pride that goes their work.
