Some Updates, It is confirmed that this company is a scam. They won't reply your emails or return your phone call while there are still unsolved issues.
已经确认这个公司是骗子公司了，他们已经不回复邮件了，邮箱和电话都是假的（或者他们从来都不会回复）。
They charge you for every minutes they spent on you and every words that they say to you. Even the times before you sign the contract , the times that they spent when they try to win your business. I got charged for seeing their advertisement !! NOBODY should be charge for seeing any advertisement. If so, WE ALL will be bankrupt long time ago.
最可笑的是，在他们说服你与他们签合同之后，签合同之前他们对你做的公司宣称，他们在你身上花的为了赢取你生意的时间，都会跟你收费。真是太可笑了。就相当于你看完他们的广告，他们给你寄账单，要跟你收费一样。太滑稽了，这个公司就是个笑话。
They have such bad ethic and make money in a illegal way. STAY AWAY FROM THEM !
职业道德，人品都太差了，不专业是一回事，人品差就是另一回事了。远离吧，我血的教训。

1.They are not professional. First of all, They have limited knowledge regarding the available immigration programs in British Columbia( even only in BC). They will only recommend what’s best for them (the programs that they can have high commission or income) . Instead of what’s best for you. They will not recommend you programs that suit you most but they cannot make money from( or very likely they don't even know about this program).
他们不专业，很多BC 省的项目都不知道，他们最熟悉的项目是他们能拿高佣金，有高收入的项目。给客户推荐的不是最适合客户的，而是他们能获益最多的项目。

2.They lure you to sign contract with them by giving unrealistic promises which they cannot keep. AND blame you for everything when things go sideway.
他们用一些不符合实际的承诺来诱导客户签合同。当有事情发生的时候，他们又急于摆脱责任，把所有责任推到客户身上。

3.They have very bad Ethic. BE AWARE that the immigration consultant will ask you for additional “tips “/ benefits on top of the immigration fee you paid to them. They show contempt and disrespect when you didn’t “tip” them. What’s more, they are too greedy, they think they are not paid enough for the services they provide.
他们的职业道德很差，客户除了支付给他们移民申请费还需要支付给他们个人“好处”。当他们发现你并不希望支付额外的好处给移民顾问的时候，就会变得非常没有礼貌而且轻视客户。他们很贪心，觉得客户给到的申请费是远远不够的。

4.They are very disrespectful to their customer. AND blame their customer for everything. When they feel like you are not a good source for continuing extracting money from. They show contempt.
当他们发现给客户做申请并不能带来额外的好处是， 就会轻视客户并且把一切责任都推到客户身上。

5.They won’t refund you for any service that they didn’t provide. AGAIN, they are greedy and think the money you paid are far from enough and wouldn’t want to refund you . BECAUSE they are so valuable and every hour of them are so valuable that you should be grateful for signing contract with them.
他们不会给你任何退款，即使他们希望终止合同(因为发现客户除了申请费，无法带来额外的利益）对于他们没有提供的服务，他们不会给与退款。并且无法提供服务收据。

STAY AWAY from this immigration agency. They are a scam.
