Everyone in the office is always kind a welcoming . Mr. Ecclestone is always prepared prior to meeting and knows exactly what needs to be addressed in a timely manner. I felt that he covered issues in my case carefully and never did anything that I didn’t agree to. He was real with me and got me exactly what he said he would. Highly recommend.

Went in last week of Nov to get a Will prepared. Said it would take a week. Called them mid Dec, still not prepared. It's Jan 1st and still no update. Took funds upfront for services that haven't been done. Know it's the holidays but it's almost 5 weeks. Very disappointed.

Over 2 years thousands in money took nothing done
Still in same situation as started and worse no agreement no child no nothing and bogus first time criminal charges which he will tell you not to testify you are fine but you are not!
Don’t use him
Money milker and is his assistant
Don’t challenge him to act or he will dump you
Save your time and money
Go elsewhere
I could go on and on but not worth my breath

Criminal family he can’t do
Wills etc.. easy he gets 5 stars bc it’s point blank
Anything requiring litigation wise… waste of effort time and money he will do nothing he has no argument fight defence is weak and he will dump you if you contest anything he does or ask him to act

spent 2 years with this office trying to get a seperation agreement made that gave me 50/50 time with my children. after 2 years of repeatedly saying all i care about is kids schedule and paying his bill, he was charging me for phone calls that he completely forgot about, telling me i stopped communicating with him while he copied my last email in the message, i still do not have a seperation agreement or equal time with my kids, and now searching for a new solicitor because he gave me no clear advice of what to do next, yet i always paid his bill!!!

Bad experience. Got the job done, but for more $ then I should have paid. Went ahead and did things for me without my explicit consent regarding payment. So, seemed great for taking on something I was in the middle of doing but did not ask and then charged for it. This was a few years ago, I was much younger and should have advocated for myself better, but my mother had just died and I was an emotional wreck. I believe this was taken advantage of.
