I recently had a disappointing experience with Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA). The staff was unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy and communication skills. Despite reaching out multiple times, I found their responsiveness and willingness to assist quite lacking. For an organization that represents professionalism, my experience was far from satisfactory. I expected better standards from a reputed body like CPA, but unfortunately, their service did not meet those expectations.

Amazing service and good communication working with Parwinder. He did a remarkable job helping me with my companies taxes and did them in a timely manner. I plan to continue to use Parwinder going forward and when the time comes for personal tax returns, I will bring my family to him as well. Very bad customer service. I would highly recommend any educated person to not go here. They charge too much and lack the competence needed. Do not go here and better off finding someone else. Unprofessional and do not assist you when needed.
