Great experience with Asif from Easy Taxes & Accounting. He gave the option for in person or virtual filing which I loved as I work full time and am a busy mom. They made it very easy! We can communicate with them by email but also, using WhatsApp which is very convenient, they are very responsive. They send you a video to watch which will guide you through the online form you need to fill out with all your details. You can then send all the docs by WhatsApp or email, you can pay by credit card or by Interact. Everything is very easy! Thank you

Great service! The lady that assisted us was Sherry and she was so patient, helpful and extremely efficient. We felt welcomed and treated with respect. No judgement unlike other places we have been to. The price is also very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for filing your taxes.

I had an appointment at 10:15 on a Saturday. I got there a little late and had to wait for about 2 mins to be seated with an accountant. I had a lot of questions and concerns about my previous tax slips. Which got addressed professionally and quickly.

The place is a little tight but it seems as if everyone, not just the workers but clients that came in were friendly and happy. They even had pricing for everything they offered on the wall as soon as you got in the building.

Lastly it was such a quick and seamless process that ill be recommending it to family and friends.

Thank goodness for Asif. I am purchasing a home as a first time home buyer, which leads to lots of questions as my situation is also very nuanced. Easy Taxes was super quick and easy! Friendly knowledgeable staff did my tax return in 20 minutes! They gave me a copy of the return and told me right then what my refund was going to be. They showed me a confirmation that my tax return was submitted. The price was very reasonable and I had extra forms for medical and charities. I highly recommend them!

Had an appointment at this place for my taxes and the service is OK. The accountants don't seem very knowledgeable. They couldn't even answer all my questions. I didn't feel very welcome. I met 2 of them and they didn't seem very happy to be honest. Also when I called, the agent on the phone seemed like she is 10km away from the phone. I see a lot of 5 star reviews and wonder where they are coming from. Maybe I got unlucky.
Not recommended.
