I have been driving for 25 yrs and had insurance in almost every province. Dycks insurance is hands down the best in Canada. Great to work with, fair prices and the staff go above and beyond. Shout out to Shannon who's the best in the business!

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL (credit score went from 820 to 690 due to their incompetence)
I moved provinces and AT LEAST TWICE, i called them and asked if had any outstanding balance as i wasn't needing my services anymore, they assured me "No i was all good". Lo and behold after several months i get a suspicious call from a collection agency saying i owe ±300$. I immediately call Dyck and apparently all they had to do was to call the insurer and not rely on their own systems (which they don't see my full profile), a 2 minute call to the insurer (Intact) would've saved me 10 years of meticulously building up my near perfect credit score. Now mortgage or car payment are out of the question and I'll have to deal with higher rates due to the sheer incompetence of the one employee. I obviously settled the balance. I then called Equifax and they couldn't do much, same as the collection agency. I called Dyck to formally complain (we all know nothing will happen), so in all fairness and honesty, STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN.
