Go elsewhere. Unprofessional staff, and mixed directions and messages. When you point out an issue of clarity, the reply is "one person speaking on this issue isn't important when other clients didnt". Lack of transparency, and outright mistatement by the lawyer of fact, and then later agrees that something shouldn't have happened. Very disappointed.

I have contacted Mr Duncan on a legal matter that involved my company and another party. After having 2 meetings regarding my legal issues that took about 35 to 40 minutes each and an e-mail that was sent to the other party Duncan Limited sent me a bill of $19000 dollars. Now I'm pretty sure Mr Duncan company is very good in real estate issues or very standard issues but he and he's partners are horrible lawyers and very expensive. Even the e-mail that was sent did not eve got a response from the other party. I wish Mr Duncan and he's partners my experience with them and with my previous issues

Seek out a different law firm! EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Unless you have deep pockets it's my advice to take your business elsewhere. Great people, good service but you can get the same service with another firm for half the price. Also, weeks without getting information or response on submitted documents.

I did exactly what they asked, was told positive things, and was still let go “without cause” 2 days before probation end. They have a very high turnover rate: plan accordingly.
