My frame for my glasses was pretty badly damaged, so I stopped by the lab. Within 15 minutes I was on my way with my glasses completely fixed. Mandy took them, fixed them just like new.

Just brought my 84 year old mother in to see Dr. Wong for her annual check up and every one was wonderful and helpful especially dr. Wong who explained everything in its finest detail! Very pleasant experience indeed! Thank everyone.

We heard a lot of good things about this clinic and although the location is a bit out of the way for us we felt the extra distance was well worth it. I appreciated the ample parking and found the office very clean and extremely high tech. The front desk staff were so friendly and the technicians were very professional with our initial scans. Dr. Costanzo saw us on time and was very patient and kind with my two young children. I found her exam very thorough and her explanations were professional and clear. Overall, she is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor - a great role model for my young daughters. The opticians were very helpful and were able to tell me what my insurance did and did not cover without me having to ask which allowed me to decide on glasses within my budget. The selection of designer glasses available at the clinic was very impressive and I found a gorgeous pair. Clearly, the good things we had heard about the clinic were definitely true. Our experience was a great one and we intend to remain patients for the long term.

My family and I have been going to see Jack for a number of years. We have always felt that we were both offered and given the best of care. I have passed on several referrals, with each of them having positive comments with respect to the quality of service that they were provided.

The clinic is also serviced with the most current equipment. Hopefully the images they produce will never reveal anything of concern, but I certainly feel comfort in knowing that if there is something it should be caught early.

We took our two kids for vision checks, and the staff were absolutely AMAZING! I have been to my fair share of eye doctors and nothing compares to the care we received here! Even when we had a few meltdowns, everyone was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Disheartened as my 91 year old mom was given the wrong scan by a young woman who "went to get someone else who knows what they are doing" to complete the first scan which sadly wasn't the correct one.
Then the same young woman was left to help with mom's new glasses which took a while and again she asked for help 2x. We are new patients and with an elderly person, I expected more consideration and understanding that she cannot stay in the office for over 2 hours for her appointment - I was recommended to the office and was fine with the Dr. she saw but the rest was quite upsetting and uncomfortable for her.

Really upset with my experience. I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advanced and they canceled it day of because the eye doctor wanted to go home. I understand that the roads were bad today but all of them were cleared after lunch plus the doctor was already there. So unprofessional.
