This registry has to be the worst registry in the province. They should close down, anyone in Didsbury should make the effort and drive to Olds where the service is far superior.

It's too bad the ratings don't go into the negative because this location and the lady behind the counter on July 13, 2023 at 10:30 am would qualify for the worst Registry in Alberta. Rude and just plain bad service bordering on racism. I would suggest a different line of work for the lady behind the counter, customer service is not for you.

Contrary to the other reviews, my experience here was excellent. The lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful. In fact, as I came in, there was a gentleman at the counter who was in the middle of telling her that she had been more helpful than any of the other registries that he had recently been too. I know that sometimes just going to the registries can be stressful and frustrating, which can put people in a grumpy mood, which in turn can affect the attitude of the staff. Perhaps that's what happened to the other reviewers, or maybe there have been staff changes, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office for your registry needs. The wait was much shorter than you get in the city.

Quick, efficient & knowledgeable service. Has just moved to town, got my PO Box & then came here to change stuff over. Was informed they don’t do everything here (like Alberta Health Services) but that’s understandable as it’s a small office in a small town. Friendly small chat with the lady working.

One of the ladies that work here is very rude, genuinely doesn’t want our business! Presented all documents to get an Alberta ID for my senior mom and just told us that those documents were unacceptable! Provided all documents were from Service Canada. Not even friendly and approachable! I would recommend going to Airdrie, it’s worth the drive.

This is the worst registery iv ever been to..horrible service and didn't give me the time of day spent 173 dollars to take my road test and failed me within 5 minutes because the inspector said my signal lights were on backwards coming from a dealer ship...Walmart would do a better service......give your head a shake

Why are registry staff so miserable to deal with. I get all thus stuff is mandatory but I's it really necessary to have no customer service skills. Is having no customer service skills a prerequisite for the position? Geez
