Really cannot say enough good things about Des and his team, he helped me obtain PR Status when I was in a situation where I though it would not be possible. Had a great experience with Joshua Hertzman and the staff at his office, highly recommend them. My partner and I had to get some documents notarized, I asked several notaries but they were more expensive and not as responsive. If we need any service in the future that they can offer, I will definitely reach out to Des Friedland & Associates first.

A ripoff and rude service. I went to their office for some real estate transaction document notary and signature witness. They charged $550 for just witnessing me signing documents. On top of that, they misread the instructions and gave me wrong copies. When I found it out, I went back to them asking for correction. while the instructions are all in legal terms and are addressed to the notary lawyer, they told me they had to charge me again because I didn't caught the error when I left and now they gonna spent more time with it. I insisted them to correct it, they said they are busy and would talk to me later. After waiting for 30 mins, a lawyer, I think he is the owner, rudely came out and ask me to leave because they will not do this for free and won't do it at all because my insistence. Throughout the whole thing I was reasonable and try to explain my points politely, but they changed their attitude to be rude and ignorant once they found out there was no more money to make.
