They asked for a 7000$ retainer to help homologate my mother’s mandate who was suffering from Alzheimer’s. After 6 months nothing was done and in the end the CLSC had her admitted to memory care because of her severely deteriorated state. I asked to be refunded the balance of my account. They made up a phony story that they used up all the hours despite me never being given an invoice, no updates and no trial. They eventually gave me a made up invoice saying the work was done, with no proof of any hours used. I never received a refund. Absolutely go elsewhere!
