A very rubbish place, the attitude of the security and staff in the parking lot is very bad, I parked in the parking lot here, when I was leaving, the toll machine in the parking lot was out of order, and my card was stuck in it, I Spent an hour here waiting for them to fix my problem, I finally took out the card myself, they were not helpful at all, and when I was about to leave, they even made me pay for parking! I was stopped for 30 minutes, but I lost an hour because of their machine failure! They even had the nerve to ask me to pay for parking, and they wouldn't let me leave without paying them. It's no use talking to them, they said they didn't care, and suggested everyone not to go

We were referred to a Deloitte Insolvency Trustee by the Credit Counseling Society to better address our options.
We we're very disappointed with the Trustee's disinterest and indifference. We had an impossible time informing the Trustee that they were not correct with regard to certain aspects of a debt we had and they refused to listen.
Lastly, we felt that the Trustee was not quoting us the lowest possible offer they could extend the creditors. Afterward we were informed why they might do that by another Trustee at a different business: because they receive a percentage of the amount as payment for services.
Heartless.
