If your case is crucial and cannot afford any mistakes, I would advise against hiring this team. It's important to explore other options!

Christina's management style led to an overloaded team, resulting in my paralegal leaving the company just a week before our documentation was due in court. When asked to postpone the hearing, I was uncomfortable as I had already waited over a year. Despite this, a new paralegal was assigned to handle the documents for submission. Instead of familiarizing herself with the case, she seemed intent on finding a reason to drop it. Shockingly, just hours before the deadline, she informed me they were abandoning my case. I was appalled by the unprofessional and irresponsible manner in which they handled my case.

My sincere advice is to consider other paralegal offices. With this team, there's a risk of being left in a lurch at the very last minute.
