I tried the law firm who actually closed my home purchase to resolve a property line border issue, which was on their "back burner" and not seen as a worthy case, after 2 years of phone tag with them, and subsequently finding out they actually had dissolved and where no longer pratcicing, I contacted the attorney who was on the case, and he gave the same ring around the rosey, "yup I have it here in front of me I'll get the plot plans looked at"..... after another month of nothing I was referred to DCL from my mortgage broker friend, and even over the holidays and even after missing the first appointment due to weather conditions then being close to holidays, they were very patient and professional and totally resolved my property border lines issue within a week ? absolutely great people to work with. Have even recommended DCL to my mom and dad. And I will exclusively use them in the future.

Working with Danielle was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the process of closing on the sale of our home. Communications with her staff were not always helpful or pleasant. Often the tone was rude and inconvenienced. Unfortunately with majority of our communications being with Danielle's staff and not herself directly, we wouldn't use this firm in future.
