I certainly enjoyed and got a lot out of the 1 hour Q&A session on Friday Aug 20. I was particularly pleased that my own question was included.
If nothing else, the sessions emphasize the importance of the role and responsibilities of directors of condominium boards, and provide excellent examples of the kinds of things we all need to know about.
Each of the presenters did a good job of answering the questions, and provided enough information to give direction to participants. Of course, I think you could have spent the entire hour on many of the questions, but I appreciate that you gave the important points and references to the Condominium Act. I will likely take the time to listen to the recording to fill in the blanks of my notes!
I also appreciated the information provided on construction contracts during Sept 29's Condo Crunch. Again, it alerts board members to the issues, risks, and liability we face and how to mitigate them.

On Thursday, May 20, I attended their Condo Crunch session on Modifications to Common Elements and Services.
The session was very informative, well organized and professionally delivered - all in about 30 minutes. As a new condo board member, I extend sincere appreciation for expanding and clarifying my understanding of this topic.

I attended a short 1.5 hour "Holiday Q & A" webinar with questions and answers regarding common elements, RFS, noise complaints, EV charging station issues especially in older condos etc. It was very informative and the moderator kept it moving, all participants offered solid suggestions and helpful advice. I was quite surprised that so many others were experiencing the same issues as us (our condo which is over 40 years old). It was all pertinent and current information and as a board member somewhat new to the position and condo living, it was timely for me personally. I have passed along some of the information to fellow board members and suggested they watch the podcast when it comes up in 2023. Thanks for all the advice.....and FREE which we love!
