I breached my probation twice and had a warrent for my arrest a charge from three years ago. I called jim lutz hysterical in fear of going to jail and losing my apartment, my dog basically I wanted to end my life. Sleepless nights and just wanting to run away!
A day before trial jim lutz called me and said he got all my serious charges dropped!!!!!! I've hired jim lutz twice now and he's always saved my life literally!

There’s no words that could explain how excellent work Jim and Lacey does . You have to just believe and just continue with your life and forget about what’s going on in court or not . They will handle everything for you and yes I use to get anxious and might have annoyed them but they always told me to relax and we will take care of things . Jim is experienced and he knows what he’s doing . It was a stressful year but if I think about it I didn’t really deal with anything once I contacted this firm . they got me all the approvals I needed time to time and handled me well . I am grateful and I would always recommend Dartnell lutz to everyone . It’s worth every penny and with his experience I would trust his words and judgment of about the case .Highly recommended God bless you guys 😊

First of all, Thank you Jim and Lacey, They are an amazing team. I had a case that didn't look so good on paper until I met with Jim and he is a very smart talented lawyer funny too Lacey is always there quick to respond answer any question and very nice and sincere. They were able to get a resolution to my case during COVID time and I am very happy with the outcome of my case and will call Him again with no hesitation in the future although I hope I don't have to call him again. Most amazing experience in dealing with Jim Lutz and staff. Not only were they extremely helpful (especially to someone who knows nothing about the system) They were very warming, I never felt judged and was always met with reassurance when talking about my case. They always made it so there was minimal stress on my end and were in constant contact as to not have me worrying about what was happening.
