Melinda and team completed a whole-house clearing for me this year, as I emptied my parent's large house following my father's death and in advance of the house sale. I am very lucky to have found them - the work was impeccable, and entirely comprehensive. They spent two days onsite tidying the house and cataloguing all items (and leaving it in good state for photos, no less). Then ran a smooth online auction (the research to identify art and other pieces was very thorough), and managed an incredibly efficient pickup day. Moreover, they handled all non-sold items and found donations for all of them (or handled dump and pickups for what couldn't be donated). Very reasonable labour and commission rates. And an absolute pleasure to work with. In comments echoed by all others I know who met them, I can't recommend them enough - especially in stark contrast to larger and more industrial services that I know other friends have used, for not having been introduced to Melinda in time.

I love the piece I received. It was hard to pick just one from the great selection! Melinda was so easy to communicate with, shipped it quickly, and I was impressed with how carefully it was packaged. I've had so many bad experiences with auctions but this was excellent!

They also provide a generous window of available pick-up times with a simple pick-up booking process. They also handle and package their curated items with great care, which is particularly rare when it comes to auction houses as most auction houses leave the handling and packing to the sole responsibility of the buyer.
