I got hit with an unexpected property tax bill because they stated the 2023 taxes were "already" paid, as if the previous owner had done so early. Perhaps I should have done my own research however I did expect a lawyer to do their due diligence and confirm such bylaws for the clients purchase location.. it took months with NO communication from the team to receive my report, I had to reach out months after the purchase to get info I needed much earlier, because I trusted the lawyers were doing their jobs and figured it would be 1-2m tops, try 5 and only reaching out do they get you your documents.
I wouldn't recommend them to any first-home buyers that's for sure.
