Tried to get help with my banking needs at the front desk & the old lady literally said "no" when I told her I have an affinity credit union Bank account in Kamsack so I'm thinking she's very very rasict cause I'm so use to being treated like I'm not human & it fricking breaks my heart & soul. My girlfriend has an affinity bank account too in Kamsack also an they helped her here so that's how I know I was refused service cause I'm a native & so is my girlfriend! I think I'll call the manager & get to the bottom of this matter! Sometimes situations like this make me feel like maybe I should of been born white cause life would be so much easier for me but then I remember I love being Native!! SMH at the old lady banking teller who is full of hate!!

I have been through the ringer with banks and what not for quite some time and not been helped because I'm a number not a person apparently it felt like, and i didn't get calls back to help me ever! I tell ya though this one person changed it all around for me and truly helped me out and i will be sticking to only her at canora crossroads credit union for now on. Her name is Natasha and God bless you for all ur wonderful help! 🙏 thank u Natasha!

Took money out of the ATM and it gave what I was asking for . But took two of the same withdrawals. Had to go into my branch to get things resolved. The staff rude one looked at me as if I was lieing about it yet I clearly showed both slips that came out. Due to pin error. Now it will be a waiting game to get my money back. I have had issues with is bank a long time ago glad I cought it ! This bank maybe a half star . Happy I switched to a different branch !
