Have been dealing with Karina Carson @ CR Lawyers for approximately the past 12 months. From the death of my wife and relocation of my mother in law to be with family to the sale of a condo Katrina was there every step of the way. Extremely knowledgeable and caring person. Totally incompetent in handling your legal affairs, they only hire Jr. Lawyers who bill at senior lawyer rates but don't have the experience. You'd be better off phoning a freind. Their rating speaks for itself, shop around and don't waste money like we did. The most frustrating professional experience I've ever experienced. Run for the hills.

After participating in a Zoom seminar presented by Lyle Carlstrom, we asked Holland & Company to represent us in a real estate purchase in which we were involved. We were very satisfied with the service we received. They were prompt to reply to our email questions and supplied detailed answers. Lyle also provided some timely advice on several matters which could have adversely affected our plan to fund this purchase. All in all, Holland & Company provided professional and knowledgeable service and we would highly recommend them.

I was absolutely gob smacked when I asked what they would charge me to do a simple realestate purchase agreement. The amount was a percentage of the property value, an expense which would have cost me $1000's!
Went to a notary and had the document completed for a fraction of the price.
Shop around. This service provider is not looking after your financial interested!
