I had a fraudulent loan placed against me as a result of a scam artist deceiving me on the telephone. . I had no knowledge of the loan until notified by the loan company. I was a nervous wreck. I have used Covey Paralegal in the past also with tremendous results so I called and Ms. Covey took over. She was very calm, professional and experienced in resolving matters such as mine. She worked long hours to deal with the fraudulent loan company, all the while keeping me as calm as possible. She submitted to the loan company on my behalf a 28 page Sworn Affidavit like I have never seen before. It was extremely professional, cross referenced and detailed explaining in Legal terms how the loan was a fraud and why it should be cancelled. Shortly after reviewing the Sworn Affidavit the loan company cancelled the fraudulent loan with no financial penalty to me.
