I avoid costa like the plague these days, as we all should, terrible coffee. But unfortunately when you hit the road at 5am you have to get what is available.
I did really enjoy that this was next to a beautiful body of water.
As services stations go, this one seems like it’s got a peaceful vibe.
The woman who served me was incredibly friendly and helpful

Called in here gasping for a coffee
Called in Costa, service superb and coffees where just as good especially from the store manager Gissela and Tamara
Anyone travelling north or local to here drop in you won’t be disappointed
Really good atmosphere behind the bar, staff enjoying what they where doing and doing it efficiently with a smile.

It’s a nice location, perfect place for a cold or hot ?while on the way to the destination. Caramel salted frappe tried here - it was tasty, but would recommend with coffee. Otherwise it’s too sweet. Place was clean, plenty sitting area, quick service and as usual friendly staff will make you feel special.

Clean and modern looking, well stocked Costa within the services. Coffee , food and service all very good. Was busy but didn’t have to wait long. Plenty of tables to sit and enjoy the view whilst getting my coffee fix.

Very poor experience, we were told that they had to give out single-use cups due to "technical reasons" and when we asked them not to put a lid as we were sitting in, they made a huge fuss about having to put a lid... Took ages, wasn't very organised and needless to say we won't be back.

Really nice spot, friendly and efficient staff. As a barista myself the coffees were well made. Unfortunately there was still a short wait, though this was only due to a lack of staff - 3 people is not enough for a busy service station even if they are efficient.

Seating was really nice, with a much better view than most service stations.

Just stopped here. Nice staff and spacious We had two medium americano coffees with milk, however the milk came in a tiny jug. It hardly made any difference to the coffee! If offering different size coffees, they should also provide different size jugs of milk. Also, an extra 50p for oat milk! Almond croissant very dry. Hence the three stars. Some improvement needed. ?
