As a small business starting up, we highly recommend Stettler Cooperators for all your insurance and liability needs. They were informative & made us feel like we mattered as opposed to other insurance companies & they were able to offer us with better rates than anywhere else as well. Starting a business is daunting & it’s hard to know where to start with insurance needs & they helped us through it every step of the way with lots of patience as well. Zero stars, this has got to be the worst company I have ever (considered) doing business with. I find it funny how the good reviews for this company are written by their own managers and staff - desperate much?
Maybe if you would answer your phone or return phone callls you might actually get customers. Honestly prices here are very high for the same options you get elsewhere for much cheaper. Save your money and deal with any other company.

Especially if you're new to car insurance and such, do NOT get any of your insurance through this company! Find an insurance broker, this company won't even be on their radar. I went from having insurance on one late 90's sedan with Co-operators to insuring that same vehicle for less than half the price at Wawanesa.

This place is a rip-off and I regret ever walking through their front door.

Don’t not use this company If you enjoy saving money...my monthly payments went from 135$ to 75$ for a better insurance plan with the company across the road.... figure that one out. Co-operators is a complete rip-off and they’ll shut your services down during covid if you’re late on payments because you can’t work. Thumbs down on these clowns

My wife and I have multiple policies here, tried to get a quote for my daughter and was told they didn't have time to deal with that for a few days because they are back logged. Very slow service.

The staff here is truly unprofessional you ask for information on why they chose to not follow your auto policy directions and they ignore the issue and strong arm you with nsf fees to make a point.
