Just signed up. I call and am immediately greeted with a recording telling how devoted to DEI they are and how discrimination will nor be tolerated. Then I sit on hold forever without any indication of how many calls are ahead of me or my estimated wait time.

Sounds like alot of virtue signaling about whatever topic is popular but no actual focus on customer service. This smells alot like insincerity.

I don't care about your woke left-wing politics. I just want service without rediculous wait times. Just insure me and stop lecturing me on politics and warning me about how I must walk on eggshells or be canceled. The silent majority agree with me so stop catering to the loud minority.

I found this place while walking past it. I decided to stop and inquire about investments. The receptionist was very welcoming and Jeremy came out of his office, shook my hand and brought me into his office with no appointment. We talked over an hour and I was very impressed. They are very passionate and willing to accommodate us at a moment's notice. I enjoy the monthly updates, emails, texts and phone calls regarding our well being and investments. I am very happy I stopped in to ask. I went in as a potential client and came out as a friend. Very happy with my service.

Been with this branch since I was 16 and newly licenced. Always friendly and easy to work with. Saved me a lot of money on insurance as a new driver and I still use them today 10+ years later. I needed to re-register my car in the yukon. This was by far the nicest and best insurance company in town. I got a quote right away and every question that I had was answered without letting me feel, that I am being annoying.
To compare: HUB let me fill out a paper that was difficult to understand, when your first language is not english. They were rude when I asked questions and afterwards told me I get a quote within 3 days (it has been a week, still nothing). TD was far more expensive and they do not have an office in town. TA Firth gave me an appointment in 2 weeks, which is ridiculous to just get a quote!
When I decided that I am going to go with co-operators - I just walked back in again and got it right away.
