I have been trying to reach my lawyer for months-- to book an appointment to deal with a matter of family law that is urgent. I have given my name, my number, my availability. I have not been contacted with an appointment by the "assistant" named Clair who had assisted my Lawyer for 3 months. Someone different takes my call every time I call the office They forward me to the voicemail of Clair who never returns my call. I am being run in circles and can't reach my lawyer. It's exhausting, disappointing, frustrating, and emotionally terrifying to not be able to book an appointment when you have a current active case and you have not spoken to your lawyer in over 6 months. I will change my review if current circumstances change.

Hired this firm as part of a group type litigation, in the end It cost me 20% in legal fees to recover 68% of my claim. They seem knowledgeable and I do believe I would not have recovered any of my claim at this point if I didn't hire them.

I found they have poor communication around client billing and had a hard time receiving a consistent answer when asking about invoices and services rendered. This would be a great opportunity for improvement on their part.
