Update: Sept 1,2024. Just after the file is done they will not return your call or voicemail (unless they’re going to get paid). Really disappointed like never once returned my follow up calls/inquiries.

I had a consultation with Nicola Cooper. She is friendly, direct, and professional; making me feel at ease immediately. She answered questions I wasn’t even aware I had and gave me plenty of valuable information in the hour I spent with her. There was no sense of being rushed, or that she was making a pitch - she seems to genuinely care. Amy, one of their assistants, was also very friendly and informative with additional questions I had. The reception area is clean, modern, and classy - welcoming.

Not helpful. I had a 30 minute free session. They wouldn't answer any questions or read basic documents to even know what my issues/ situations were. They did not seem knowledgeable enough to even answer my question of can I pursue this or not. All they wanted was for me to pay a retainer and probably waste my money knowing my issue wasn't worth my time or money to pursue to begin with.
