I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Cooper & Company, specifically with Duncan, has been nothing short of a disaster. It has now been over two years since I first trusted this firm to handle my taxes, and I'm still waiting for them to be completed. Despite countless weekly follow-ups by email, I've received false promises, no clarity, and almost zero communication.

This lack of professionalism and accountability has seriously impacted my business—including thousands of dollars in losses and even triggering an audit due to their inaction. Shockingly, I just found out that nothing has been filed in two years, despite being told otherwise.

This isn’t just my experience. The same thing happened to my business partner and even my parents. When we try to get answers, no one at the office seems to know what’s going on, and Duncan has been completely unresponsive.

As the owner of the #1 real estate team in Barrie, trusting Cooper & Company has been the worst professional decision I've made. There’s a complete lack of integrity, communication, and support. Stay far away from this firm.
