Stopped at the Macklin Co-op gas station and had a disappointing experience. The girl working the pumps had a noticeably rude attitude, which made the stop unpleasant from the start. On top of that, it was clear she hadn’t been properly trained—she “washed” our windshield, but it was left just as dirty as before, if not worse. Really expected better service from a Co-op station. Hopefully management takes the time to train staff properly and address customer service issues.

I rarely feel compelled to leave a review, Im just not that kind of guy. But sometimes the service is so good that not leaving a review would be such a violation of your civic duty that you have no choice. That’s how I feel about Macklin coop card lock. Extremely clean, excellent staff, and good selection. And if that wasn’t enough, every time you walk into that store you are greeted by a music playlist that is absolutely top shelf, i’m talking the crùme de la crùme. I went there everyday for two and a half months as I was working on a job in Maklin the staff gave him my coffee for free more often than not and we’re extremely pleasant.

Nice new facility, thanks Co-op you did a great Job. The attached DQ is a perfect selection to provide for your long haul truckers. This facility has free showers, and they are clean, make sure you bring your own towel and shampoo.

Such a great little rest stop on a long road trip. The young men working are SO friendly and eager to assist costumers. They deserve a promotion or raise. Lol!
