He took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me understand what was going on and what to expect. Next came an in-depth consultation with the chiropractor, whose precise questions led to a well-structured treatment plan and thoughtful recommendations. What stood out most was the unexpected feeling of trust and security—I’ve never experienced this in any doctor’s office before.

Wonderful service! I had a great initial appointment and exam at Cookstown Chiropractic, including adjustment with Dr. Trudeau. Conveniently located with an inviting, clean and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Trudeau is knowledgeable and very informative. He seems to care a great deal about the overall health of his patients. I saw Dr. Mark today for my initial assessment. He went through my intake form with me and made additional notes as we talked. He was very thorough in covering the details of my condition.

He then explained the different techniques of chiropractic that he can provide and how he would select the technique(s) he felt would be most suitable for my condition and which I would be most comfortable with. Then he did a hands-on assessment checking my pelvis, spine and reflexes and recommended getting some X-rays done to help further assess my condition.
After that he did a bit of ART and a few small adjustments using the Activator and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions.

Overall I thought he was very thorough, very experienced and very gentle. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I enjoyed the first visit and look forward to my follow-up appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Mark for both adults and children.

I am having issues with my neck and the usual method of cracking my neck, does not work. Dr. Mark was exceptional today explaining and using a technique/tool that provided greater range of motion and relief following the treatment.
