Writing negative reviews after this dispute with the landlord is unhelpful. My role was to find you a suitable space, which you confirmed by staying there for six years. If you were unhappy, you would not have continued your lease.

As a realtor in commercial leasing, my responsibility is to secure a space that meets your needs under favorable terms and conditions, which was successfully accomplished in your case. Any issue that arose between you and the landlord should be resolved directly with him and should not involve me.

The deposit is with the landlord, and he is responsible for returning it to you, not me. I kindly ask you to edit your review, as it does not reflect the professionalism on your part.

I am writing this to alert potential business partners and clients of the individual "Satjay" about his personal characteristics as a business person.
Satjay is currently misusing this platform to wage a personal and highly unprofessional campaign against me, a commercial realtor, over a dispute he has with his former landlord. I was merely the landlord’s representative in the commercial lease process.
His lengthy, unfounded, and emotionally-charged review is a prime example of his approach to conflict:
* Exploitation of Social Media: He aggressively writes lengthy, negative reviews about individuals who were not even his direct business partners or clients.
* Unprofessional Conduct: His public language is hostile, full of personal attacks, and demonstrates a severe misunderstanding of professional boundaries and the law regarding commercial tenancy deposits.
* Tendency to Litigate/Threaten: He boasts about recording conversations and threatening legal action against multiple parties over a standard landlord-tenant dispute.
We strongly advise any person or company considering working with Satjay to evaluate the level of unprofessionalism and aggression he displays here. His willingness to aggressively attack a secondary party over an unrelated issue demonstrates a worrying lack of professional control and decorum.
