Terrible service from the beginning to the end. First off it took a month to do our taxes. Then blamed covid and a fire for being late.Then my husband being an az driver assumed they would know how to do his side of the taxes but he had to explain step by step instructions on how to fill out paperwork. If conroy couldn’t help us they should’ve said so. Then charged us for complicated taxes. No sorry or anything, we won’t be returning
