Considering I have mediation training from this organization, you would think my review would be higher. Sadly I cannot provide any stars higher than just one.

I reached out to this group to ask about volunteer opportunities and how I can get more involved as I enjoyed the training i received, and wanted to get more involved in professional mediation. You'd be surprised at their website which blatantly says volunteer spots are available, however, it took weeks to finally hear back from someone about applying.

I had a meeting with the director, Audrey Isenor, who told me she would follow up on how to get me involved. It's now been over two months, and after sending multiple emails and correspondence, I have received nothing back from anyone in this organization. Not even a "sorry, we are not interested". Completely unprofessional, and downright insulting that they feel they can treat people like this. Had I known I would just be passed along and avoided like the plague, I would have not wasted my time in reaching out.

If this is how they treat potential volunteers, I would hate to see how they treat clients.
