3in1 fulsome Mediation Training between March and May. It was exceptionally well-designed, using adult learning tools that made the content engaging and relevant for all of us, whether online or in-person. Each iteration was highly interactive!!! Charmaine and Demi created an inclusive environment to participate, share our experiences and ask clarifying questions. They are skilled in their art. I especially loved the role-plays and learning to keep the overarching principles of mediation at the fore. I’m walking away with practical skills and deeper insights! Highly recommend.

I completed the mediation training for property division earlier in April and recently mediating financial support. I learned key aspects and basics of mediating property and financial support, along with practical tools for engaging people's interests and resources. The training also covered navigating different mediation situations, offering important insights on what to consider and how to approach various scenarios. I greatly appreciated the flexibility with the courses, with the option to appear online and also in person. Also were provided some good snacks 🙂 10/10

I have been working through my mediation training with these guys. They are knowledgeable and you can truly tell that they have a passion for what they are doing. Everything is organized and although it's very information heavy, they still manage to teach it in a way that makes sense and is comfortable. Thank you for all that you do!

CommonSense Mediation Academy is THE place to go for conflict resolution training! If you are interested in earning a designation as a mediator, the Academy can take you through all of the necessary training and will support you on your learning journey. Not only is Charmaine Panko is a leader in conflict resolution in Saskatchewan (and so you are learning from the best in the industry) but she and her team genuinely care about you as a learner and about supporting the growing conflict resolution practitioner community in SK and nationally. The Academy courses are interesting, current, and tailored to meet learner needs. Additionally, when you take courses with the Academy, you are welcomed into a vibrant and growing conflict resolution community! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I started taking classes from CommonSense Mediation, because I had been told that they provided an excellent source of education. Charmaine Panko has a great reputation in teaching and promoting Mediation. I wanted to learn from the expert, Charmaine. I appreciate Charmaine's style of teaching, engaging with reinforced learning approaches. I have taken a number of courses from CommonSense Academy. There are a number of options for courses available to cover many aspects of Mediation. The courses are available on line which I appreciated. As a result, I have gained significant knowledge of Mediation. I have my QMed designation and have been accepted on the Minister of Justice's list of qualified Mediators. I appreciate taking education from a leader in Mediation who is Saskatchewan based. Marg Romanow

From the first interaction with the common sense mediation team, you will experience their gold star standard of service. As a student with the academy for the past 3 years I have continually been challenged to open up my curiosity to new avenues to use the skills I am learning. The academy has always exceeded my expectations. With the online learning options you need to experience the academy for yourself. Charmaine and team are always open to network and share their knowledge.
