Hey,
I use CIS income tax every year, this will be by 5th year since moving to the falls. I usually have such a great experience. This year was the absolute worse customer experience ever. It took them 3 weeks to do my taxes, mind to say with only a T5. Also when they were done ei had gotten a call stating they were done and it was 100$ to put them through. I was shocked and didn't say anything till I went in a asked to pay them. Now I want to just add I am a single mom and pregnant as well. So money is very tight, so when I finally had the 100 I went in. When I arrived I was ready to pay but out of curiosity I asked the women why it was a 100$ when I only provided them with a T5. She couldn't answer and said let me check in the back. I heard her talking to another person and when she came back and approached me she said I'm it was actually 40$. Not only is everything delayed but now I am short money this month because of a mistake they had made. Worse customer experience I've had here so far.
