It was a wonderful experience to consult with Change Of Phase (COP), for my Canadian Immigration for Permanent Residence. During the period of 2016-2022 December, I never face Delay of reply , delay in update for the current situation of PR at any time of this long period.
On the contrary, COP staff were always available to answer any query in detail up to a satisfactory level. They were always in contact during this 7 years time and update regularly the immigration office response and the status of my PR application.
I was in contact with Charlotte Mathews of Progress Section, she is excellent in her work, always replied promptly, available on call and have the satisfactory answer of the query.
I am very happy to work with Mr. Syed Afaq Bukhari, always in-touch and deal with me during these long years with excellent expertise.
If I need him future , definitely I will again contact COP.

- DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OF FRAUD!
- Syed Afaq Hussain Bukhari, the owner of COPCG in BC, misrepresents and provides false and fraudulent information to Service Canada to obtain a positive LMIA for foreign nationals. The employer should pay for his services; however, he asks foreign nationals to do so!
- He is a partner of Altec Global Inc., an unlicensed immigration consultancy organization in Ontario. They sign up dummy email addresses to submit work permit applications to IRCC. In their fraudulent system, the foreign nationals do not sign the offer of employment and the application forms.
- They have their own Border Services Officers at the point of entries (airports) throughout Canada. I was scammed by one of those corrupt officers. She issued an invalid work permit for me in favor of Altec Global Inc..
- They collect money from foreign nationals to arrange a job for them, but they defraud them.
