I want to share details of the amazing experience I have had with Joe Fiorante, Matt Eisenbrandt and others in this Law Firm. This testimonial is significant to me because it is not your "typical" online review ("Great service, etc.") - it is much more than that to me.
Let me start by saying, I am currently involved as a Claimant in the Class Action Lawsuit against the Catholic Schools (St. Thomas More is where I attended in the early 1980's). I experienced physical abuse & mental/emotional abuse & trauma during my 3 years of attending the school (1980-1983). Like many people who experience abuse, I did my best to bury the memories, anger & turmoil it caused over the past 43yrs of my life. I never connected all the dots until I started to unpack them after signing onto this law suit, only then did I realize how deeply it actually influenced my life path and relationships. Once that happened, it truly became an emotional roller coaster for me and it has actually been very de-stabilizing at times. However, without revisiting these memories and being properly addressed, one can never truly heal from them and it is critical to do so. I am telling you, the reader of this review, because it is essential to know that the entire Team at CFM Lawyers truly cares about their Client(s). I cannot overstate the significance of having a team of professionals that are are highly competent in their work, while also being extremely compassionate people. Sexual assault, physical assault, mental/emotional trauma cases are complex, both from a legal position and also from the well being for the emotional/mental health of the victim.
I have always been very well assisted by Joe, Matt & the rest of the Team. I have never felt unimportant and definitely never felt like I was simply a means to an end commission for the Firm. They have stated right from the onset that if I required anything to call or email them and they would get back to me as soon as reasonably possible and this has proven true every time.
I am writing this testimonial because I believe that there are others out there who are seeking a good Legal Team (from Reception, Legal Assistants & Lawyers). It can be extremely difficult to know who you can trust to represent your interests and once you sign a contract, it can be even more challenging to exit said contracts. I did not seek out CFM Lawyers, they were already retained by the initial Claimant in the case. I could only hope that the person had done proper research to determine which Law Firm would be the best one for the case and for the Claimants. I was so relieved to find that the CFM Lawyers Team IS the right Law Firm for our case!
If you are looking for a Law Firm that will be there for you, will be available to speak with you and has your best interests at heart, you need not look beyond CFM Lawyers. I truly have the deepest level of trust, respect and appreciation for all they have done thus far for me in our Class Action. If you are one of the victims of abuse while attending St. Thomas More, Vancouver College, I encourage you to call and speak with someone at CFM Lawyers. Nobody should ever be subjected to abuse and there are truly amazing people at this Law Firm who want to help those of us who survived it. They will listen, advise and represent you through the entire process.
I would recommend anyone whom is seeking Legal Counsel to contact CFM Lawyers, even if the matter is not their area of expertise, they will know like minded Professionals that they can refer you over to. That unto itself is invaluable! Forget cold calling a Law Firm, speak to CFM Lawyers and know that whomever they recommend, will be ethical and professional just like them!
