Had an agreement to rent in place, paperwork was being filled out and sent over, made them aware we would pay the next morning. Received a response the next morning that somebody had viewed the property and paid a dd just after we had made the agreement and it was no longer available, not even a phone call before handing it to someone else. Terrible excuse for a company, what else do you expect from a realtor though? Purple Bricks, ComFree or rent direct.
