Right from the beginning Joseph made me feel very comfortable and confident that he was a good and fair Lawyer. He spoke with me at length and I never felt that he was just trying to get off the phone or get me out of his office as fast as he could. He listened to me and answered all my questions and I never felt rushed or ignored. With their block fee it was amazing because I knew exactly what I was going to have to pay and there were no hidden costs or added on fees which was a welcome relief.

On the phone and when I met him in person at his office he was amazing and very professional and I know he worked very hard to get the outcome that he got for me. His assistant Heather was also so amazing calling me and letting me know exactly what was going on at all times.
