Bani is amazing! She is very polite, there for you to answer any questions you may have, and very detail-oriented. Her comprehensive knowledge gives her adaptability to your personal case.
I was nervous about which lawyer to go with to help with my permanent residency via spousal sponsorship. After quite a bit of research I saw people had all good things to say about this office, family sponsorship was within her scope, and this was the easiest place to contact. I tend to be very meticulous about things, so I was hoping to find someone who cares about details as well and would have the patience to answer all my questions, and thankfully I could be completely at ease with Bani. She cared just as much as me to make sure any info was correct, you don't have to fear for her rushing anything or not giving you a chance to revise. Any doubts you have, just reach out! She keeps in touch via email and gets back to you within a day, maybe two at most. Seeing how knowledgeable she was, answering every question I had for her clearly, I felt totally comfortable. You do not have to be scared with her at all, she will walk you through every step of the way and do not be shy to ask questions, no matter how specific because she WILL help!
Bani is also very organized. She makes everything so straightforward by giving you forms to fill out for your information, and she uses shared Google Drive folders to keep anything relevant to your case.
