Had a brief but extremely accommodating stay at this property in Tisdale. Staff was friendly and late check-in was a breeze. Hotel was clean, comfortable, well appointed. Water was hot. Beds were amazing. Each room has it's own modern (and quiet) climate-control system which was very nice! Continental breakfast with hot and cold choices ready at 6:00 a.m. for early departure. Dining area was clean, spacious. Would absolutely stay at this hotel again!

My room was so clean and spacious. I didn’t want to leave the bed! The pillows were plump and comfortable I need to find it who supplies them so I can buy them for my own bed. The staff were all friendly and understanding. The breakfast was delicious with tons of options!

The staff here are extremely accommodating and friendly. They treated our little one to toys from a treasure chest and were very welcoming. We ended up having to stay an extra night due to our vehicle breaking down and they even gave us a late checkout so that our little guy had a place to nap until our vehicle was fixed.

Very nice facility however at $200 a night, booked months in advance I felt it was very pricey. Talked to ppl who booked after us and were paying $300 a night. Something has to be looked at. 😡
There were many positives as well but the price kinda ruined it.
Front desk was extremely nice and helpfully. If on the Lowe floor it had a direst door to the outside which was nice as we were coming and going lots.
Could not for the life of me figure out the thermostat I would set it and it wouldn’t keep the temp.

All though I booked directly with the hotel by calling in, it shows on their end that it was through a third party.
I appreciate Cass taking the time out of her day and calling me directly to clear up any misunderstanding.
If any problems I would recommend asking to talk with her directly so she can clear up any situations that may arise. Although their staff from the cleaning to the front desk were amazing to deal with.

The service was friendly, helpful and thorough. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast service was excellent, and the whirlpool was a great way to relax after a long day. Overall a great experience and would stay here again. Thank you to all of the staff!

We arrived on time to use the hot tub and were told on check in that they couldn’t get to doing what was needed to it because they were too busy. This was one of the reasons we booked here! The next day we left for the day. We came back and no one had been in our room! The bed was untouched, dirty coffee mugs, no refill on coffee, dirty towels still in the shower, empty Kleenex, etc. we went to the front desk and they said we should have told them the night before if we wanted service?! That the front desk should have asked? I’ve never heard that before. Got a few coffees for the next morning and that was it. At check out we mentioned all of this. We explained they are charging a high rate and no service. She gave us 37 dollars off the entire bill. Will probably not be back - especially for the price we paid.

My stay was a short overnight stay for work.
I was checked in very efficiently and my room was clean and comfortable as always. Breakfast was ready early so I could grab a bite before I left for work. I always hope there is a Canalta where I am working.
