DO NOT! DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give this business less than one star I would. I initially contacted this business in January and played email tag with them to finish my taxes. That should have been my FIRST RED FLAG. I hired Buttar accounting to do my past taxes. That is $320 each year. So I am paying a good amount for each one. We started on my older years and then would move into recent year taxes. My first set of taxes were completed, filed and paid in March. But to my surprise it was NOT filed and I was only made aware when CRA continued contacting me. I tired on many occasions to get in contact with my accountant Natacha Buttar but got no reply’s until finally in May she gave me a rude and condescending reply packaged with an excuse that she was too busy to fix an error from March and was sorry as she should have told me sooner than leaving me in the dark. And proceeded with she will fix the problem when tax season is done. That is June for me. I filed in March. It is now May. And she wants to fix my problem 3 months later. Imagine arguing with your accountant with whom you hired to complete a job you already paid for. Imagine sending emails to get it done with no reply or phone calls back. Imagine fighting to just get your taxes back so that you can to file it with someone else and still not getting a reply or phone call back. Who conducts business like this? Messing with people’s livelihoods to survive in this hard economy. Surprise, Surprise still no email reply’s yet again. I would avoid this place at all costs. Even if it was free. STAY AWAY! They are not looking out for your best intentions. This is NOT how you treat people or do business!

UPDATE: Only my personal and not business was filed. Causing more problems. I had to hire a new accountant to fix the major mistakes Natacha made. I have been emailing for a partial refund and SURPRISE SURPRISE NO RESPONSE. So I am out of pocket twice for her mistakes and lack of accountability. Is this the way we treat people? Like have some compassion. I cannot be any clearer to NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. I have included an email for proof. I tried to call many times before the “out of office” as CRA was on me. And I get scolded and I will do my job when I have time…UNBELIEVABLE.

Severly disappointed with the lack of interest. My daughters were working out of province and got behind on taxes. They got everything together and went to Buttar to get them done. 8 weeks later they still had not been completed. When my daughter called after 3 weeks for an update, she was told that since they had already missed the filing deadline in April, it wasn't a priority and the company had more important customers to help. If that was the case, they should have told them from the start that there would be delays. My daughter felt that she was being scolded for not having met the deadline. This is totally unacceptable! I would never recommend this firm.
