David was a great guy to deal with our first house purchase of our lives. From start to the end everything was thoroughly but, concisely explained and clarified. A lot of documents were taken care of by him and I can only imagine the struggle to do the same by ourselves - mortgage, deeds, fees, you name it! Also great handling with COVID-19 worst wave in NS with a lot of options when signing was needed. We have 2 young children and he was able to sort this as well as all the other documents, amazing!

David Lewis at Burchells LLP is the absolute best. I highly recommend him if you need a real estate lawyer when buying a home.
