By far this was the most positive experience that I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Gord, Murray and Mike were all excellent to deal with. Their attention to providing first -rate customer service was outstanding as soon as I walked into the dealership. I felt that I obtained a fair deal on the purchase and with the trade-in. The dealership was very easy to deal with and all the staff work around my schedule.
On my 3rd truck from Buist Motors and have never had any regrets with dealing here.
Always offered cold water or hot coffee and the staff have being friendly all the time.
If I can’t get my truck to them, they always make arrangements to help me.

My fuel pump went on me close to Rimbey. I thought I’d take to dealership and get them to change out. Biggest mistake ever. Dropped off with 3/4 of a tank of gas at these prices and was told they put 30 litres back in. Was on red when I got into truck in parking lot. Was told they rinsed out tank for 2 hours. Not sure why it would take 2 hrs to rinse out a tank. Got my bill and it was 2700.00 for a fuel pump replacement. I had fuel pump replaced at another dealership for on same style truck for 1300.00. I’d highly recommend other places in Rimbey like Centerline Auto or the Ford dealership there or any other shop that you can Google.

Been dealing with these fine folks for a few years now and I can honestly say it's like seeing family everytime I go in. Great friendly atmosphere, good service and will work with you to get the vehicle you want.
The service manager Tim is always easy to work with, Murray and Boyd in sales are great guys, Mike in finance is always friendly and helpful, Gord is great to deal with and will help them find what you are looking for and Wanita is always a pleasure to talk to and see her smiling friendly face.
