He is genuine with a perfect balance of telling you like it is, being kind and having a sense of humour to help you get through those tough conversations. I used Anna P. from this law firm in 2019 to help open my business and review my commercial lease. Initially, things seemed to go smoothly, but major issues surfaced when it was time to renew my lease five years later. Key clauses that would have protected my interests were missing, including a renewal option. Over the first lease period, my business experienced five floods due to the landlord’s failure to repair the roof, yet Anna missed an essential clause that would have held the landlord accountable for repairs. She initially advised that I had a claim against the landlord, but when confronted with a clause contradicting this, she stopped responding to my emails and calls and ultimately dropped me as a client when I confronted her with my concerns regarding my initial lease. Anna was not interested in admitting any mistakes, and even went as far as denying working on my lease negotiations at all. All I needed was clarity on my lease; instead, I received silence and abandonment.

I also worked with Lauren Reed on a separate family matter and was given incorrect advice there too. My current lawyer even suggested reporting Lauren to the Law Society. Overall, this firm's lack of accountability and communication has been profoundly disappointing and unprofessional.

She was excellent- understood our situation quickly and provided us with the solution. Then a week later another situation arose- needed a different expertise- she referred us to her colleague who also understood our problem and again offered us the best way to deal with it.
