Samantha Rapoport represented me during a difficult and frustrating time. She was able to keep me focused on the big picture and help me maintain a collaborative relationship with my spouse, which minimized the impact on both parents and our children. I appreciate Samantha's knowledge and skill in this area of law, her friendly and supportive demeanor, and her professionalism. Disappointing Experience with Scheduling and Communication
I initially reached out to Brown Henderson Melbye on May 27 2025, provided all requested documentation—including a detailed legal briefing binder—and completed the intake form well in advance of my consultation with Samantha Rapoport, scheduled for July 14.
I even inquired proactively whether Ms. Rapoport could review my file in advance to ensure the appointment would be productive. After nearly seven weeks of waiting, I was informed on the morning of the appointment—mere hours before our scheduled meeting—that the consultation was being canceled.
The explanation: Ms. Rapoport is unavailable until late September .This last-minute cancellation not only wasted significant time but also delayed urgently needed legal action in a time-sensitive family law matter. I was left scrambling to find alternate representation.

Shauna Tucker and Samantha Rapoport represented me though a very high conflict and difficult family law case. Their work made a tremendous difference to my life and that of my children. Some basic due diligence could have saved a lot of money. Ms. Rapoport uses a potentially dangerous style more suited to criminal prosecution than family practice. She rolls the dice, making fictitious statements in the hopes that the truth won't be exposed. She will be the catalyst in domestic violence sooner than later.
