Worst experience with any insurance provider ever!!! Was difficult to impossible to make changes to our auto policy when I bought a new car, took 4 days to get coverage under an existing policy. Also had property damage as a result of a recent wind storm, took a week to get the insurance company to begin dealing with the situation, a full 4 days after I had emergency repairs done, outside any assistance from Brokerlink.

I find the phone system terrible. I can not get to talk to person. I called two different days and times and both times I was left waiting. After 30 mins hung up.
Also,I decided to go to the office in AMHERST.
Once here I was left waiting in a front office for a period with no one.
No privacy either. Everyone can hear other people's conversations.

I used to have an easy time reaching my broker and we had a great relationship. Since brokerlink took over, everything goes to a call center. I've currently been on hold for 45 mins just to find out if my paperwork is ready to sign. Absolutely ridiculous. They claim to have a personal touch bit have actually taken that away

I was in a pretty unusual situation a couple days ago, had a car i needed insured right away however i had no previous policies. I called up Bill Monroe and we got my policy sorted in two quick phone calls, i was able to drive my new car home the same day. It took a little longer to get the paperwork sorted which is to be expected. Overall I would highly recommend Bill and Archway Barnes to anyone needing a guy who knows his stuff.
